Facilities
Our fully furnished villa with recently remodelled and renovated beautiful bathrooms, was built in 2002 and is perfect for sharing with friends or for those with a large family. Strictly non-smoking, the villa has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
The dining room has a large table that seats 8 for dinner.
The kitchen has modern appliances, plenty of dishware and space for even the most accomplished of chefs. There is a large breakfast bar in the kitchen for casual dining.
The pool is very private and has handrails to both the pool and spa. It is a salt water system rather than chlorine. Heating is an optional extra - see additional rates.
A spacious double-garage which has been converted into a games room with a pool table and a foosball table, a telephone with free local calls, free WIFI throughout the villa.
Towels, including pool towels and linen provided.
Free of charge highchair and a cot (guests to supply own linen/blanket for a cot).
The property is cleaned before and after each rental and our management company is always on hand 24/7
